There are plenty of public phones in the cities, phone card can be bought at every post office, or tobacconist's shops. Shops are usually opened on weekdays from 9a.m to 6p.m, on Saturdays from 9a.m to 12a.m (Grocery stores open at 8am), but there are some tourist areas, like railway stations, airports, etc, where shops usually are more longer opened, until 23pm.
